Car crash slows South Campus buses
A silver Hyundai Elantra crashed on a Slocum Heights hillside Monday just after 3 p.m due to the snowy conditions.
The DPS officer at the scene said the two students inside were unharmed. Another officer questioning the students advised them to drive more carefully in snowy conditions.
Syracuse University South Campus buses were forced to slow or stop as the car was being towed.
A truck from John’s Auto Body towed the car, which had New Jersey plates, at 3:50 p.m.
