R&B singer-songwriter Trey Songz to perform at Block Party
R&B singer-songwriter Trey Songz will perform as direct support to Ke$ha at Block Party on April 26. An opening act will be named at a later date.
Songz, known for hit singles like “Say Aah” and “Bottoms Up,” is a three-time Grammy nominated artist. His newest album, “Chapter V,” dropped in August 2012 and peaked at the number one spot on the Billboard 200. He’s collaborated with artists like Nicki Minaj, Drake and Soulja Boy.
Doors for the concert will open at 6:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. Tickets for the concert are still available for full-time Syracuse University and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry students for $15. General public tickets cost $40.
Tickets can be purchased at the Schine Student Center Box Office, the Carrier Dome Box Office, or online through Ticketmaster. General admission tickets may be picked up outside the Carrier Dome Ticket Booth from April 16 through April 18 from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Reserved seat second and third level tickets will be delivered through Ticketmaster.
